Privacy Policy

How OracleFundingGroup handles the information you share with us.

Last updated: July 27, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how OracleFundingGroup ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit oraclefundinggroup.com, submit a funding request, request your business credit score, download a report, or otherwise interact with us. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

  • Identifiers you provide: first and last name, email address, phone number, and mailing or business address.
  • Business information: legal and DBA business name, entity type, state of formation, EIN (optional), time in business, and annual or monthly revenue.
  • Financial information you choose to share: bank account connectivity or statements, funding amount requested, and intended use of funds.
  • Credit-related information: a credit range you self-report, and information obtained from consumer or commercial reporting agencies where you have authorized it.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referral source, and campaign or tracking parameters such as t and reason.
  • Partial form data: fields you complete are saved as you enter them so a specialist can follow up even if you do not finish the form.

3. How we use your information

  • To evaluate your funding request and match you with independent lending partners.
  • To contact you by phone, email, or SMS about your request and about products that may fit your business.
  • To verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law.
  • To operate, secure, measure, and improve the website and our marketing.

4. Sharing with lending partners and service providers

OracleFundingGroup is not a lender. To fulfill your request we share the information you submit with independent lending partners, brokers, and funding platforms who may contact you directly and who handle your information under their own privacy policies. We also share information with service providers who host our systems, deliver email and SMS, run analytics, and support our customer relationship management tools. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties for their own advertising purposes.

5. Credit inquiries

Checking your rate involves a soft inquiry that does not affect your personal credit score. If you move forward with a full application, a lending partner may perform a hard inquiry, which can affect your credit score. You will be told before any hard inquiry is made.

6. Communications and opt-out

You may opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, reply STOP to any SMS to stop text messages, or email support@oraclefundinggroup.com with the subject "Opt Out". We may still send transactional messages about a request you have already submitted. Opting out of our messages does not stop communications from a lending partner you were introduced to; contact that partner directly.

7. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it. You also have the right to request deletion or correction of your personal information, the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise a right, email support@oraclefundinggroup.com or call (540) 253-1896. We will verify your identity using information already in our records before responding, and we will respond within the time required by law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

8. Other state privacy rights

Residents of states with comparable privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and Texas, may request access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of targeted advertising using the same contact methods above.

9. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to service your request, meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and monitored infrastructure to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember form progress, measure traffic, and understand which campaigns bring qualified businesses to us. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; some site features may not work correctly if you do.

11. Children

The site is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version is effective when posted at oraclefundinggroup.com/privacy-policy with an updated date.
