• Partial form data: fields you complete are saved as you enter them so a specialist can follow up even if you do not finish the form.

Checking your rate involves a soft inquiry that does not affect your personal credit score. If you move forward with a full application, a lending partner may perform a hard inquiry, which can affect your credit score. You will be told before any hard inquiry is made.

6. Communications and opt-out

You may opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, reply STOP to any SMS to stop text messages, or email support@oraclefundinggroup.com with the subject "Opt Out". We may still send transactional messages about a request you have already submitted. Opting out of our messages does not stop communications from a lending partner you were introduced to; contact that partner directly.

7. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
